"So pricey and not showing good result for me. For lift lashes and tint with no difference from my normal lashes. Wasted money and time :) Im been looking review for all store. But this store a good review. Yet im feel sad, for money and time i spent here. I thought its okay since everyone said its good. I feels like nothing have been done to my eyes. The reason she told me because my lashes is thin. I been doing lashes in dandenong before, its actually better than this. So sad, i been plannning to come back because its closer to my house. But not anymore, i dont think i will even recommend this to anyone."

"They stuffed up three of my piercings. I had to take out my rook and my second helix because they didn’t pierce it right, leaving them to not heal properly. On both helix’s and my conch, I have had bad piercing bumps and on both my helix’s they haven’t gone away and I’ve had one of them for 3 years and I couldn’t even keep the other one in, it hurt badly. Even with my second helix gone the bump is still there. Greensborough is just as bad, selling us stuff we didn’t need and stuffing up another piercing. I’ve now changed piercing shops and I have had any problems with my newer piercings. DO NOT GET PIERCINGS FROM HERE!!!!"

"This shop is so not professional!!! They were trying to put in my nose piercing WITH HAND and without any tools. The nose piercing ended up going down my throat, and they started arguing with me and refused to give an incident report to me. They said they called up their boss but their behaviour was very unprofessional and rude. They were acting as if that was my fault. This shop does not treat costumers in a professional and nice way, started acting all defensive as if nothing that happened was their fault. I would not recommend this shop, this is such a big medical hazard and the shop didn’t even give me water until like 30 minutes after the incident. The piercing could have gone into my windpipe and they still would’ve acted as if they were not at fault. They told me to go to the doctor but I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend anyone to go this beauty shop. This is not the first time an incident like this has happened, once before my daughters ear piercings got stuck inside her ears and the front side of the ear piercing and they still acted as if they weren’t to be held accountable and we had to go to the emergency department of the hospital. Very bad service overall and would not recommend this shop. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in how they treat their costumers."
