"Horrible service from an older Chinese lady in the toothpaste section, who I asked for help from. I needed help looking for some eye drops and decided to ask for some help as i haven't used any before. Just got spoken to rather rudely and abruptly to just go to the next aisle it's there. Tried to get further assistance with selecting one and the response rather rudely next aisle read the box and choose. So I just go to the next aisle and hopefully got the right eye drops. Make matters worse on the way out I see the same Chinese lady speaking to another Chinese lady in Chinese just looking at me. Was rather uncomfortable. I have dealt with some amazing staff in here before but those to ladies need to really assist customers better."

"Very poor service here. I asked the staff if they have a probiotic in tablet form, she replied, ‘I dont think we have that here’. I didnt believe her so i tried to look around and found heaps. Bit everyone knows, that some products are a lot cheaper here. Parking here is also very difficult."
