"Rudest shopping experience I have ever had. The rude girl at the checkout did not aknowledge my existence, no hello, didn't tell me when they were ready for me to scan my card (stood there awkwardly for a couple minutes before I noticed the machine was ready) and I would have thought she was mute if I didn't already hear her speak to the customer in front of me. Also the rude girl did not look at me once, just looked away at the floor the entire time. I have never had that experience in a shop, it was very disconcerting.. Where do they find these employees??"

"For me to post a negative review is very unusual.I experienced disrespectful behavior and felt subjected to racial discrimination while attempting to make a refund for a product that I purchased without using at Chemist Warehouse Keilor East on Thursday 27th July 2023 at 8.15am. Upon approaching a staff member, CHENIE, and explaining my situation, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a refusal to process my refund. CHENIE immediately accused me of damaging the box, without providing any evidence to support this claim. To make matters worse, I felt that I was subjected to discriminatory treatment as she scrutinized me from head to toe, further exacerbating my distress. This is absolutely disrespectful behavior and felt subjected to RACIAL discrimination from CHENIE CHENIE displayed aggression by pointing her finger at me and demanding that I leave the store. Despite my insistence on discussing the matter further and seeking a resolution, Chemist Warehouse and TONY needs to take this matter be thoroughly investigated and appropriate measures be taken to address the misconduct. This may include providing additional training and guidance for your employees to ensure they uphold the principles of non-discrimination and exceptional customer service as I  believe it is essential to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of race or ethnicity. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior within your establishment, as it goes against the ideals and values that customers expect from a reputable store like yours. Otherwise please wind down your business."

"Don’t come here unless you want to be followed the whole time. Apparently if you’re lil sus or not at all, doesn’t matter, the security guard will follow you everywhere so obviously on EVERY occasion including busy times! I shopped here often and everytime I get followed by the same security guard. Im even followed for buying PADS!? Such disrespect and distrust, I would understand if it’s my first time but I shopped here many times and paid for all my items everytime. Never stolen. Yet I’m still targeted by the same guard. Is it because I’m the only Asian in the store during those occasions??? I’m always targeted in this store. Never once felt targeted before until this store.. Great customer service by pharmacies but idiot, disrespectful security guard."

"Pretty good chemist has most of your needs, however without a doubt always busy, lines to pay for your goods and long wait times for prescriptions. Not the staff fault just a high demand area and understaffed."

"After a late flight coming into Melbourne urgently needed a chemist for some medicine. Great that it is open 24/7 and staff were helpful and quick turnaround on getting in-and-out whilst our taxi was waiting outside. Recommended!"
