"Heavy noise.from midnight to morning! Not suitable to working people and students.I wish I saw the comment here before I moved in. The building has very bad qualoty and is old. From midnight to the morning, you can hear your neighbours unpacking and packing, making love, washing, cleaning and talking., jumping and running. Building Manager always says call security. Security says you should talk to the building manager. And if you call after midnight, you need to be paitient for a few attampts for they to pick up the phone It is obviously they have a better sleep than you. Not recommend for living here."
