"Went and saw a property today that was being shown by this business. I couldn't actually believe how rude the lady was showing the place. She never introduced herself, but the email says her name is Monika Pietrzak. When I asked if the place would be cleaned before it was rented out (as there is dead cockroaches hanging from the ceiling in one of the rooms) and I commented that there were dirty hand prints on the walls and she said, we won't be painting the walls. I said, it's dirt, it just needs a clean, then Monica said that "you get what you see". Then Monica asked me if I would be applying, I said, I'd have to talk to my husband, but I liked the place and if she could send me an application that would be great. Monica said (and I quote), "well there's plenty of interest for this place, so there is no "maybes", how about I don't send you an application and you can call and let us know if you'd like to apply after you've talked to your husband". Based on this interaction, it's very clear to me that I would not want Monica as a property manager. Monica seems not to understand anything about customer service. I will not rent this place or any other place from Bespoke Realty Group unless it was guaranteed that I would never have to deal with Monica's unpleasantness. Life is hard and depressing enough without having to deal with this type of person."

"Trying to assist a Tennant in returning keys. The first staff member is spoke to ,Kieley? Was professional and Polite. Monica on the other hand was rude, patronising and down right unpleasant. Then to hear her loudly having a go at the former tenant from the hallway. That is not the way to conduct business"

"Misadvertised the time of an open home and then when I arrived at the advertised time, they wouldn't let me see the property despite still being on site and standing around talking. Very unprofessional. I have a screenshot showing that they (at least on one website) advertised the wrong time. They've also said in their response that the occupant couldn't extend the time, however when they refused to do the viewing when I was there, they said it was because the realtor had to go elsewhere. More lies I suppose!"
