"A Quest hotel, in Penrith NSW. Parking is on-street. The rooms are clean (my experience) although a member in my group had a roach in her kitchenette overnight. It is "on the other side of the tracks" from the 'downtown' of Penrith, but that is mitigated by an extensive bridge system."
"Clean, New hotel located in a convenient spot across from train station, can be a little noisy at night if you are on the side facing the train tracks. All staff are lovely and it’s a well facilitated hotel."
"Across the Rd from train station and short drive to Westfield shopping centre. Friendly staff and clean rooms, great security swipe cards to use lift which only allows you to your floor. Street parking is tricky, limited parking on-site must be booked with room."
"Good location for access to all things. Room was comfortable. Good water pressure! Bathroom was awkward with door hitting toilet and having to open then close door to move around. Parking a joke. Was not informed parking is required to be reserved ahead of time. Had to utilise street parking which was tough with all the units and timed zones. Major negative was the train horns all night. Ear plugs provided did not help."
"I stayed one time as a quest when visiting a family member, but went to book for myself and my cat, Website advises 'Pet friendly' accommodation. But after speaking w/reception on the phone(attempting to book), they only permits dogs. not cats. I couldn't book a room. very disappointing."
