"Very poor property management and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. It's as good as managing your own property, just the additional cost and pain of co-ordinating with them. Had issues in every aspect. Repairs weren't arranged and when we arranged for it, tradies couldn't contact the agent. Terrible communication - lack of transparency and constant follow up required for every little thing. They wouldn't follow up with the tenant to sign on an agreed rental renewal contract and the tenant vacated on short notice when least expected. They didn't even care to apologise and we were left with 3 weeks loss in rent. Absolutely no advise on the market conditions, we had to do our own research based on other properties listed in the area. They scheduled inspections at odd times and people wouldn't turn up. We changed the agent and got a tenant in the very first inspection that was done. I am so glad we changed our agent and repent not doing it earlier."
