"This is such a gem. We visited because we knew it was a cold weekend and we wanted something cosy. It really has everything, very private and quiet. Fantastic central heating along with a real fire in the front sitting room and a gas log fire in the best room in the house which has massive leather reclining couches and a panoramic view over farmland and the Cardinia Reservoir. The view changes all the time with the light and the weather, amazing. Then on top of that there is a huge two person spa which also has amazing views and the bed is so comfy and warm. Kitchen has everything you would need and David is available and so helpful with any questions."
"Wow ... do it! One of the best we've been to. Loved the deco, views amazing (especially from the spa and recliners), appreciated the instructions for how to use everything, has all you will need."
"This is a wonderful place with exquisite views. Absolutely perfect for a honeymoon or just a couples get-away. Beautifuly rustic with just enough mod cons so that you're not left in the 19th century."
"There had amazing bathtub with wonderful views. The place really exceeded my expectations is was so perfect! I should stay one more day to enjoy the views and everything."
"Stayed at this stunning location a few weeks ago and I can truly say it was one of the best getaways I have ever had. From the views seen out all the large windows, the self filling spa bath, wood fire, heating and gas fire, cosy bed and couches, I seriously could not flaw the place in anyway. Perfectly situated so that you are close enough to plenty of walking trails and restaurants, while being isolated enough from the main tourist traffic. Would recommend this place for anyone needing a breather from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne, cannot wait to stay here again, next time I will definitely be staying longer."
