Reviews
"I'm not sure I wanted to review this, or keep it a little secret for those who know. I'm sure it'll be found out soon because amazing portion sizes and delicious fresh salmon! What more can you ask! Great authentic restaurant hidden in Kensington!"
"Delicious!! The volcano maki is nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Creamy, crunchy and well flavoured. Futomaki sushi is just average but looked at their portions - super generous with fillings!! Takoyaki is also crunchy and delicious. Self served bar for water, ginger and wasabi. 5% discount for cash payments is also another bonus for me. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back soon. Thank you!"
"This is a nice restaurant specializing in sushi and sashimi style dishes. There is also Udon noodle on the menu. You can serve yourself the side dishes such as garlic pickles and wasabi as well as the drinking water. If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be an additional surcharge. Cash payments or even bank transfers are also available and will give you an additional discount."
"A nice sushi store in the area that has generous portions but a slight lack of attention to sashimi. There were scales, 2 bones and some skin still left on the sashimi which is quite a concern as sashimi must be prepared fresh with the utmost of care. The aburi salmon was good. Again, very big and I can't complain but it doesn't have enough rice to balance out the fish portion. Overall, if you're in the area and need food this place seems to be a good option but otherwise it doesn't warrant a revisit. Tip: water, ginger and wasabi are all self service"
