"I had my hair coloured, cut and a blow dry back in July 2022. I’m still recovering to be honest. Bel called me at 9am asking me where I was. I informed her that my appointment was at 9:30am. She didn’t believe me until she checked the booking system and alas - yes. My appointment was for 9:30am. I walked in and bel asked me to mindful about the spirits & ghosts that reside within the salon. I felt slightly scared but really needed my hair dyed and cut.I choose to be brave and continue on with the appointment. I requested a light brown colour. During this time , Bel and I engaged in small talk. I asked a couple of questions, to which bel complained ‘Jay! You ask too many questions’ geez. Okay. Approx.60 mins later I walk out resembling a Lucy Liu shade of black. I explained that it’s a bit dark for my liking and Bel just told me to buy ‘head and shoulders’ to wash my hair to calm the shade down. Overall, it was an interesting experience however, I won’t be back."

"When I first attended to Jade Hair Design, I was welcomed by Bel from day one. On regular basis I was attending to also get blow dries on a weekly basis. Its been about two weeks where I can not get a hold of Bel, nor is she in the shop. I have rang the shop many times to find out where Bel is as I wont let anyone else touch my hair however am struggling to find an answer. I would be extremely disappointed if she is no longer there as she was the only one with a brain and great customer service towards all."

She always goes the extra mile and is so fair with her pricing. She also makes sure that I am not there for so long like other hairdressers where I have been there for 3 to 4hrs!!
