"The drivethru ordering went smoothly. However, the overall experience took a nosedive when I was made to wait for 40 minutes at their yellow waiting bay. A staff member came out, but unfortunately, she didn't have my food. Instead, she told me to move and park in the carpark. I asked about my order, and she said she would check and get back to me. After three minutes passed without any further communication, I had no choice but to park in their carpark and go inside to inquire about my order's status. It was only then that I discovered they hadn't even started preparing it until I asked. The workers really need to improve their service skills since they still managed to get my order wrong even after supposedly spending 40+ minutes "preparing" it. Making matters worse, neither the drivethru nor the front cashier appeared to be busy at all. The food was quite nice, especially the honey fried chicken, which was good. However, the original chicken was too salty for my liking. I would rate the food three stars. Unfortunately, the service only deserves one star. Additionally, the atmosphere also receives one star since no apology was given for the significantly delayed food. Taking everything into account, my overall experience also amounts to one star."

"It's an OK Red rooster. Some of the young kids that work in there really need some service skills. But I do enjoy some of the deals they have. I'm actually going back soon to get my replacement order because they gave me a kids nuggets and chips instead of six nuggets. They are replacing the whole order which is great."

"Swapped potato and gravy to chips . They didn't even do that, I got home with the potatoe & gravy! I called and spoke to a manager Ashley, she apologised but didn't really sound sincere. Also their RIPPA rolls have changed in size. It's half the size it was before. Don't go here, take the extra trek and drive to Mount Druitt Red rooster. Their service is alot better!"

"No more dingy than any other Red Roosters, staff were fast and friendly. The whole chicken was great but the portions were dry as if they'd been cooked hours ago and left out. I'm amazed how any of them stay open they are always so quiet."

"Dropped by for a quick meal here. I had no problem with the service and the meal was alright. There are seats inside and mostly empty. Plenty of parking outside the restaurant. Cheap meal and taste decent not great. Just an average fast food restaurant."
