We are also proud to work closely with the Hawkesbury Animal Shelter, providing them with advice on disease prevention and participating in a low-cost desexing program for all shelter dogs and cats going to new homes. Additionally, we accept stray dogs and cats brought to us, often reuniting them with their owners before the shelter picks them up.
Since 1988, we have been caring for the local wildlife, offering assistance to injured animals brought to us and collaborating with WIRES for their ongoing care and release.
We invite you to meet our dedicated team and experience the exceptional care and service we provide at Richmond Veterinary Hospital. "Dr Steph has been amazing with my JASMINE. She is so thorough and caring. I cannot thank her enough for the care she has shown her. Shes is an incredible vet. Dr Tom has also been awesome . They both take time out to talk beyond the surgery hours. I feel so incredibly blessed that my Jasmine is in the very best care. Dr Steph u are awesome. Thanku again."
"I wanted to get a price to get my dog’s teeth clean and was told that I had to make an appointment with the vet to see what’s entailed. I booked the appointment took the morning off work and was told the cost would be somewhere between $500 - $800 depending on what they find. I was then charged $92.50 for the privilege."
"I would like to thank Tom for his outstanding care of our dogs. Also, thank you for easing our pain from Darcy and Buffy. Also a call out to all receptionists who are always friendly and approachable."
"The staff are always friendly and super helpful. Asked for notes on one of our dogs and staff asked if it was for insurance. Advised her yes. She advised that they could make claim on our behalf. Thought that was brillant. Will make my life easier. The staff are also very concerning and great when dealing with both our dogs. They go the extra mile"
"Our family pets have been regular patients here for over 10 years. Staff are friendly, compassionate and highly knowledgeable. Shout out to Dr Tom for providing high quality care to our beloved Quinn, who has had ongoing health issues for much of his life. Tom has been nothing but kind and patient, and provided genuine care for Quinn. We wouldn't trust anyone else to see him. As a result, I now bring my own cats here, as I know they are in excellent care every visit."
