"Polite and kind service, the breakfast is just cereal and bread so that was basic. The room was good for the price, but what was really bad was the blankets. Ruff hard old army blankets, lucky I had a sheet under it."
"The staff can’t have been more friendly and helpful. Location is a easy walk to the high street. Coles pubs and restaurants just around the corner. The room was super big and very clean. Complimentary breakfast is cereal toast and juice, all for $150.00 a night."
"Receptionist was friendly, the place had the vibe of a nice family run motel. Rooms are dated but we’re very clean with everything we needed for a good night sleep. The location is a little noisy but given its on a main road it wasn’t too bad ! Some road noise and planes through the night. Giving 3 stars as we stayed in family Room 11 and had trouble sleeping all night due to the extra bright lights outside both windows of the room. Tried to call reception at 8pm h but they shut around 6pm so had to use towels etc to try block the light from coming in."
"I had to return to the Hawkesbury area for another family funeral, and made another booking at The New Inn in Richmond. Booked in again over the phone with Jordanna (Spelling? apologies) who was more than delighted to hear back from me, and arranged a room for me. I was delighted to see the place was pretty full on arrival, as they really go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as can be. Once again, all was top quality, service with a smile as they say."
