Bought the wrong size of plantar fasciitis sleeve and they refused to swap to my right size as I no longer had the receipt even though it was a blooms product unopened and I have years of history purchasing from the store. I cancelled my order I had in and they were happy to lose me as a customer over a simple size swap of their own product. Would not recommend this store to anyone"
"Went in today to get Inner health ibs support, they are ment to price match when this staff said she couldn't do it because it was half the price. Then I couldn't use my rewards points. I would give a zero star if I could. On their website it clearly states they will gladly price match and didn't say anything about rewards card. Not impressed with Richmond blooms. I haven't had any issues with any other blooms store before! This store needs to pull their finger out and stop making their own rules."
