"Went to this place last week, a bit chaotic in terms of management Decided to have the good ol popcorn chicken. However after buying, it was disgustingly drenched in oil when I opened the box. The popcorn chicken, one bit into it and a splash of oil came into my mouth. I decided to test how much oil was in this by squeezing it in a tissue, guess what, the entire tissue was drenched in oil and the chicken was just left. Disgusting, this isn't my first bad experience here. I won't return until they up their service However I do know some good KFC locations in the southwest, so you lovers don't have to give it up KFC Narellan, KFC Leppington, KFC Liverpool. These are the best ones I know"
"Food is always fresh and hot, service is quick even during busy hours. The staff are very friendly even under so much pressure. Its hard to keep track of so many items sometimes, and Ive encountered wrong or missing items a few times but their manager (abbrv K.) always makes sure to contact customers and sort it out. Overall, very happy with their service!"
