"The food was nice but lots of mistakes, I made an online order, ordered one normal whooper and one vegetarian whooper and got 2 with meat, ordered without Mayo, nor pickles however got both The rest of the food was okay in the same quality as other HJ's The space is good and the atmosphere is okay, the paly area is nice and clean with a separate seating area outdoor for parents"

"Ordered a coffee. Sorry 2. Anyhow handed over cash and girl couldn't even count right change and was short 10 dollars. Then when sorted coffee was started. Then person left. 2nd person came to coffee machine about 5 min later. Made one cup and left. Then a third person took over, heated milk for second coffee. Grand total of 16 minutes for 2 coffees. Bloody rediculous"

"Arrived at the drive through this morning and after ordering a couple of breaky wraps was asked to wait in the pickup bays. 15minutes later I went inside to ask where my food was. It hadn't been put on yet. Took my money back and went elsewhere.. Worse part was about 5 minutes after I arrived a girls brought food out for the car next to me and asked if I was waiting for anything. Still nothing happened"

"I don't usually leave reviews but here we go, Upon ordering at the counter, everyone seems to be sour. 10 minutes we got our food, I received the wrong order, I asked for a breaky roll, and i get a cheese burger and hash brown is cold including hotcakes. Upon requesting to fix my burger, it took 20 minutes, and 2 customers walked to the counter and left for not being acknowledged. The lack of customer service and approach is horrible. After receiving the burger, I sat back down with my family and surprise! My cold hash brown has a long hair on it to! End of conclusion final results 1.Food is cold 2. Staffs need training in relation to acknowledging their customers and needs 3. Not sure what the problem is, but it may be the managers or staffs all need a run down in training. 4. Hygiene is important"
