"The worst experience ever. The girl at the counter was super rude and kept me waiting for 10 minutes as she was busy doing something else. Then she prepared the worst sub ever where she almost manged to burn the bread. Very rude staff and pathetic preparation of food. I've been going to Subway for more than 10 years now but never thought that someone could manage to screw up a sub so bad."
"A young group of girls were talking/gossiping as I walked in, noticed me but did not approach me. I was the only customer lining up and no one attended me until finally I asked if they were serving. The fact that I had to even ask is pretty disappointing. If you are going to employ young workers, maybe train them properly or monitor them and teach them to do their job properly because that’s definitely how you lose customers. Not impressed. You need a responsible adult to manage this store properly or something lol."
"My daughter, Neice and myself entered the Macarthur Square Subway for lunch, we were greeted by two happy staff members. The staffer known to us as White Fox told us to be prepared for the best sandwich we had ever had. She was not wrong. Great service and an awesome Sub. Thank you for a great experience."
"Regular Subway, polite staff. I ate half bread with salami and mozzarella cheese. It was nice, tasty and soft. But then I also bought a raspberry cheesecake cookie and it was way too sweet, it seemed like eating pure sugar instead of a cookie. Very nice area, especially in the evening."
