"Had an amazing night away here. The guy at reception gave us free late checkout which was nice! Everything you need here. Shops, nail salon, beautiful restaurants! Room was nice and clean however the bin in the bathroom was pretty dirty and one of the chairs but otherwise lovely big room. We had the studio room ams it was bigger than expected just no view."

"The disabled suits where very accessible apart from the super high up cup cabinets that held cups and the coat racks where at standing level, kind of an oversight. The toilet railing also broke at one point and we found out it was improperly installed but was fixed pretty quickly. I loved how big the bathroom was and had a shower bench and roll-under sink. The bedrooms where nice but it was impossible for me to get to the bedroom blinds and balcony in my wheelchair because of the size of the bed. The couch also was in front of the window so I was unable to close the living room blinds. The air conditioning was great but our stove had a giant crack in which was quite sharp so I’m concerned someone much get hurt on it. I loved the shops being right bellow the rooms because I was actually able to go out and get food most days. Sometimes there was a cigarette smell and yelling and slamming doors from one particular person staying in a room near us but they left after a couple of days luckily"

"Fantastic service and very accommodating. Rooms were clean with modern decor. Well supplied branded appliances (toaster, kettle) oven, stove and dish washer. TV had amazing selection of streaming services! Would be nice to have slippers and robes. Super convienient with groceries and huge range of restaurants and cafes downstairs."
