"Went for an inspection and there was no clear directions of how to find the house since it wasn’t updated on maps. After numerous calls trying to get in touch with agent, told them we were around the corner and they said it’s fine to come. Get to the house with 5 mins left and the agent locks the front the door and then comes out to say it’s too late. We came from over an hour to inspect the house and instead of allowing us to have a quick glance of the property agent just argues and wastes our time. Need better customer service"
