"Very unsatisfied with my order being delivered 30 minutes after the estimated arrival time. Food had to be reheated. Rang the shop 3 times and was told it was on its way, then the 2nd & 3rd call was told they were busy. Perhaps on busy nights, extend your estimate delivery time!!"
