"One of the worst customer service experiences I received at this store. The manager Mohammed is the only exception at this store who knows how to deal well with customers, apart from him the rest of the staff should receive training on how to interact with customers. Also, it's not me the only one who has experienced this rudeness, read other reviews as well it's the same person who is spoiling out this store."

"Ordered via a delivery app and the food was unfortunately delivered to the wrong house (Not Pizza huts fault) however after receiving a refund and re-ordering the food, I was told that my order wouldn’t be processed because “someone had already picked up the food”. After explaining that it was a completely different order number they still refused to give the delivery driver my order, and asked me to cancel. The delivery app then refused my refund as I cancelled the order. Disgusted that I was treated like a criminal. It’s just a pizza, drink and a side. How hard can it be surely!?!!"

"The Worst pizza i have ever had, I always order pizza from this store but since their boss isn’t in the shop the staff makes worst pizzas u have ever seen or had, though I asked them enough toppings and less cheese but they always make it with full cheese and less toppings. I have told them multiple times but they never hear their regular customers, this would be my last order from these guys and I wouldn’t recommend this pizza shop"

"I ordered 2 large pizzas both with stuffed crust and the requirements was not met also they delivered 45 minutes late and not with the pizzas that I ordered, I ordered bbq meat lovers and a super supreme with bbq sauce with stuffed crusts. These two pizzas definitely are not the pizzas that I ordered. Also when I called the store 5 times they did not answer 1 call. Very disappointing, as I really like Pizza Hut since I was a little girl. And since it was 45 minutes late the store has already closed and even if I tried I would not have been able to call in and tell them this is not my order and costing me 45$ for this two pizzas I did not order. Not going to order from Pizza Hut again."

"Friendly staff. Reasonably clean store. I bought two takeaway pizzas - it took only 16 minutes for the pizzas to be cooked. The store has COVID-safe measures in place. There are two tables in-store and a TV. There is parking located down the side of the store - alongside the street that comes off the main road (Woodville Road)."
