"I ordered online to be delivered at 6pm and it was already 6:45 and our pizza has not been arrived yet. I tried to contact the Doonside store several times to follow up my order but it keeps transferring to message bank which prostrate me so much. I went to the shop and they told me that it was just delivered but when I called home it was not so I asked them for a refund but they told me I have to contact pizza hut because it was an online order but I told them that I can’t connect to anyone online and that they won’t give me pizza if I wanted a refund even though I almost waited for almost an hour late for the delivery and the fact that I went to the shop to follow up. The store manager keep insisting that its a pizza hut policy when online order it usually takes 45 minutes to be delivered which is so annoying! I’m very very disappointed and not happy with the service at Doonside Pizza hut and I will never order from this pizza ever again!"

"I'm disappointed with my recent purchase at Pizza Hut Woodcroft. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management but this used to be such a great place to grab a quick and easy dinner. I ordered my pizza online. Upon receiving my pizzas I could tell there is minimal toppings on the pizza. The vegetarian pizza had barely anything on it. The garlic bread was not hot. To give you context the drive is literally a minute from the store. The taste was bland and more doughy. The pizza itself has reduced in size. You'll be losing a lot of loyal customers at this rate. Only positive was the guy who delivered the pizza actually rang the doorbell (usually no one does) and was kind. You're better off going elsewhere."

The lady at the front counter needs to be reviewed by HR or pizza hut management. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a lady who seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. Her lack of enthusiasm was immediately noticeable, and it set the tone for the rest of my visit. When I approached the counter to place my order, she appeared irritated and made no effort to hide her impatience. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that it was not what I had initially requested. Understandably, mistakes happen, and I approached the lady at the counter politely, explaining the situation and requesting a replacement for the incorrect pizza. To my surprise, instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the mistake, the lady responded with rudeness and outright refused to give me another pizza. Her dismissive attitude was completely uncalled for, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. Customer service plays a crucial role in the success of any establishment, and unfortunately, this particular Pizza Hut outlet failed to meet even the most basic standards. In light of this experience, I strongly urge Pizza Hut management to reevaluate their customer service training and emphasize the importance of maintaining a respectful and accommodating environment for customers. It is essential to address and rectify mistakes promptly, rather than dismissing the concerns of customers and leaving them feeling unheard."
