"We normally buy our pizzas from Crust in Austral and they have always ben 10 out of 10. Tonight we ordered and picked up from Crust in Bonnyrigg because the location was convenient and we thought that all Crust restaurants were the same quality. Not so, we were mistaken. Overcooked and dry, very disappointing. Will go back to ordering from Austral again in future."
"Ordered online for a 30 delivery time frame. Initially, when ringing up about our order delivery. I was told the delivery guy was on the way. 20 mins later rang again, spoke to a woman. She told me the driver was on the way. Spoke to another staff, a man who told me he didn't know who said the pizza was on it's way. Excuse was they were busy. Again was told delivery was 2-3mins away. 10 mins later still no delivery. Took over 75 minutes to get our pizzas. If that is the case, do not promise 30 min delivery time limit. Do not order delivery from here."

"Experience was good. Seems to be some problems with delivery based on reviews below, but I did a pick up through the website and my order was ready. Service could be warmer and friendlier, but it was fine. Good amount of toppings but wasn't the best version of these I've had, think it could taste fresher and got cold quite quickly."
