"Crust Austral such a rip off! My 3rd time ordering from this place and will never order again. Very very stingy with their topping. I usually order the chicken pesto pizza and the topping of my pizza was mostly tomato with very little chicken and bacon. Also their pizza is overcooked and dry.I don't know why this place is still open but I wouldn't even rate a one for the quality of their pizza."
"The quality of the pizza at Crust Austral has sharply declined over the past year or two. Unfortunately, the ingredients and base appear to taste much lower quality than expected. Positive things to say about the delivery drivers and prompt service however. Hoping they can improve back to their old ways and use quality and fresh ingredients once again."
"We ordered three pizzas between 4 adults and 1 child found hair in one of the slices through our second round of slice. Called the restaurant and spoke with the boss we were accused of eating half of the pizzas where 2 full pizzas were missing two slices each and one pizza missing half as we were 4 adults n one child he also accused us of putting hair in one of the pieces first offered full refund when he accused us of eating half of the pizza I got mad as I don’t like being accused he refused to refund then agreed on half refund but we haven’t received anything. He was very rude and aggressive he also sent his driver to pickup pizzas. Not sure why he needed to pick them up when they were going to the bin we weren’t going to eat them anyway as there was hair and got turned off. Think twice and 10x before ordering We’re very regular customers we love this pizza but not after today never again all because of how the boss reacted he really needs to take a chill pill."
"Been to a dozen Pizza joints around leppington area and can confidently rate pizza here the best so far. Wow! Taste amazing. No problems with customer service here as everyone was nice.Thanks to young man, Lachlan, who made my pizzas, you are a gem. Couldn't even get a photo of full pizza as the family dug right in."
