"One of the washer’s spin cycles didn’t work so our clothes were soaking when it was done. Both dryers took forever to dry, and our clothes were still wet. Even the clothes that were in the washer that the spin cycle worked, 45 minutes in a large dryer and still damp, and it was not a large load by any means. Very disappointed."

"We are in Ireland for two weeks for a vacation. Thought these machines would be a convenient way to get some clean clothes half way through our trip. After 1h30m of drying our clothes were still damp. Overall, this cost us 20€ to do one load of laundry (2€ per 15 minutes of drying, and 8€ for the wash). Insanity. We would have been better off going to a laundry service. I can not recommend this service. Save your money."
