"Refuses to issue receipts, reported to Revenue and Competition Authority. Update 18/05/2020: What I received in the mail today (4 months after paying you) is an invoice, not a receipt. You should know the difference. Update 4/06/2020: He tried to hand me another invoice, and I explained the difference between an invoice and a receipt to him. He then reluctantly added the word 'paid' at the bottom, five months after I did."
