"The doctor is good, if you get to see her that is, which is very difficult. Because they work half day only, you have to wait a long time to see a doctor, it is difficult to get through to them on the phone, very uncaring and incompetent receptionists, so if you have a choice look for a different clinic"
"My daughter got her bloods done here recently she was told she had low blood pressure but nothing was done about it, in the last couple of weeks she has been suffering dizzy spells and near fainting, she eventually got through to surgery yesterday and was told the earliest she could be seen is the 19th of September, to me as a mother that is not good enough so I rang this morning and explained the situation the receptionist was very nice and said to tell her to go in and get blood pressure checked by nurse, when she went up on her break from work she was turned away and told they don't know who I was talking to that they were very busy, to me this is an absolute joke , the surgery was empty when my daughter got there and they still wouldn't see her, maybe if the doctors stopped taking half days they wouldn't be so busy and we would get the proper treatment for our β¬65 ,,, it's an absolute disgrace the way people are being treated,"
