"A lot of hard surfaces make the waiting room rather noisy, with just a few people talking."
"Lovely doctors very professional cannot fault them in anyway. Rang today to book an appointment for my 10yr old, their secretary Kathleen wanted to know every detail to the point it became uncomfortable. Very smarmy and snappy. I remained polite as usual and Asked for a dr call back, she Proceeded to tell me that “WE” cannot do tests trough the phone. And then still refused me an appointment on any of the days requested, said they weren’t available. Dr finally rang me back and both days were available. She seems to get a genuine kick from playing mind games with patients as I’m not the first to complain of this odd behaviour. Slightly unhinged angry and rude old woman with notions of being on par with the doctors themselves"

"Any time iv been to the college medical center I've never had a long wait like in many other doctors sergerys. All the staff in there have a peppy yet chill vibe, witch makes an unpleasent visit (because you are there with some sort of ailment) a good one. Good physio facilities to."
"Comfortable waiting area in both sections. Clean and bright also. Immaculate toilets. Lift for second floor. All wheelchair accessible and the outside & reception doors are automatic."
