"Horrible. Waiting time in more than one hour. Reception is rude and the doctor indifferent, his only interested by taking money from the patient. Don’t deserve any star. I will never go back in there. Change this doctor centre asap"

"If i had a choice I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I’ve called this medical service by accident thinking it was my gp, i was very polite providing all i information asked, the receptionist i was talking to didn’t sound irish ( seen a lot bad reviews here about her) i asked her to make an appointment for my dad, I answered all details needed and she said she couldn’t find him on the system, she told me she will call me in five minutes, after she did she asked for my date of birth and i said “im sorry, is this the right place im supposed to be calling” and i told her what street i was meant to be calling to… she rudely said “are you gonna give me your date of birth or not” and i just froze. I understand that you get tired from a job like this but just stop putting your anger and problems on other people, never been here but one phone call was enough to never step a foot in here!"

"My partner had her first prenatal appointment in January for 1pm she did not get seen until 1,45 for the nurse to tell her she did not have time to answer any questions could not have been even bothered to read the scales herself. The receptionist is terrible could not even make a record of our appointment so we made a complaint only for the nurse to call us to say why and that my partner was never there no record. Complete shambles should not be in the job dealing with people, how can people trust these so called professionals. A complaint has been sent to the hse. So save your time and keep away at all costs"

"Receptionist is an idiot, there were 6 people in the waiting room and every one of them had an 'Appointment' for 4.00 pm ... how bad is that!! Doctor is fine. I had to wait 90 minutes for 'my 4 pm appointment'. I am changing doctors today because of her incompetence! Thank God I am not sick, just needed a signature."

"It's very difficult if not impossible to get through by phone. There does not seem an email available for questions either. The reception is too busy and I feel they need a second person there. We received blood results on the phone but no-one told us after what to make of it e.g. what to do to change them to a better. Disappointing - The review was posted from me last year. The clinic service has improved now with more staff now and I believe there is an email available on the website. However still often difficult to get to them or to get an appointment. All doctors I believe in Leitrim are currently dealing with too many clients :( and any contact is a challenge."
