"Very disappointed. My husband phoned this morning to ask for an appointment for me because I've had toothache all weekend. The receptionist said she would call us back in less than 2 hours. 6 hours later my husband rang again and a different receptionist said they were fully booked for the next two weeks. I wish they would have kept their word to ring us back so that we weren't waiting all day (in pain) and could've found a different dentist sooner. I had previously recommended the practice but feel very shabbily treated. They clearly don't deal with emergencies."
"Well, what can I say, I have just left this place just now, I have read the reviews before I went here today and I did not experience any bad manners or anything as suggested by other reviewers, my experience was 5 stars, very friendly staff, another dentist from somewhere else suggested that I have a root canal while excel dental said that there was no need, saving me a lot of money and perhaps some discomfort, I had a root canal before and seriously its not as painful as you may think. Excel dentist was honest with me and not out to take money from people when he doesn't have to, he could have said I needed a root canal and I would not have known any different, thanks for the honesty excel dental and I am looking forward to going back there to get my 3D printed filling.."
