"Had appointment this morning after not attending a dentist in many many years. Terence put me at ease straight away. He has a really lovely manner. I was feeling very nervous and embarrassed about not attending a dentist in so long. Terence patiently explained the x Ray's to me and where problems were. It was nice he reassured me that my teeth weren't as bad as I thought. I was having nightmares about it and was so paranoid! He started work straight away on prep for root canal and I will be back again for this to be completed. Terence explained what he was doing every step of the way and always checked to see was I ok and not in too much discomfort. Thank you to Terence and his staff for being so kind and friendly. I trust them now and while I am not thrilled about any dental procedure, at least I know I will be well looked after and treated well at Breaffy Dental."
