"If I could give zero I would. I ordered a bed which appeared to be in stock but got fooled with what I can only describe as a well practiced 3 card trick. After opening a mattress which came rolled up in packaging, I was immediately disappointed but the nice delivery guy told me it would rise up to full size after a period of time. It didn’t fill in places especially in the corners and along one side. They say they’re made in the UK but I doubt it; looks like cheaply made in China. Upon requesting a refund they informed me once the packaging is opened I couldn’t get a refund. In the end I had to take a case to the small claims court to get a refund and to get them to take away their mattress. AVOID OR YOU'LL BE SORRY"
