"It used to be a good shop but a couple of days ago i witnessed a vulger conversation at the till from two girls ( staff) discussing another girls appearance. I read through the reviews here and i now know this wasn't an isolated incident its a regular occurrence. Shameful"

"Absolutely disgusting behaviour between staff today . 2 girls discussing a lady's appearance infront of customers at the till . I heard a customer confronting the girls. This is not the first time I have noticed and witnessed this. The staff freely chat among eachother at the till. All i can say is thank god the lady they were shaming about her appearance didn't hear. I'm so disgusted at this .outrageous behaviour."

"I was in the store yesterday and as their advertisement over the sound system was asking people to leave a review I thought I would. I went in looking for a couple of bags of Takis as advertised on their Facebook page as in all stores, I couldn't find them so asked a staff member who looked at me like I had 2 heads as he didn't even know what they were. This is the second time I've seen these advertised and they haven't been in store, also I rushed in to get the Starbucks coffee pods advertised and they never had them either. This used to be a great store years ago but now the shelfs are always half empty, the basic items you go in for is hit and miss if they have it, like blitz kitchen towel and charming toilet roll. Even the staff say they never receive any off the special offers. I would be embarrassed if I was the store manager and regional manager. The store looks like it gonna close down at any time."
