"Appalling service. Josh "assistant manager" disinterested and couldn't be bothered attitude. Went in knowing the name of the suite I wanted. He proceeded to question if I had seen it in ez living? Telling me the name of another store! Then told me they don't have it. When I said it is in ez living. He found it and told me it must be discontinued. I told him it was new stock. Then he says oh yes but we don't have it. I don't know what criteria u have to have to become assistant manager but I advise he goes back to customer service school. Looks like I'll be ordering elsewhere again."

"Booked a leather chair on the Back Friday weekend in Sligo and paid for it in full. We were told we would have to wait until the middle of January. Which was fine. Today my husband rang to enquire. We were told it will not arrive in the warehouse until the end of January and can expect it in the beginning of February. A gentleman called Anthony dealt with the call. No apologies for the delay. No explanation.. seems like delay in delivery is a second nature to the store. I doubt it will be here in the first week of February either as there was no definite week agreed. Rang customer service several times no one could take the call. I am sorry we bought it.. now at the mercy of the store as the item has been paid in full ! Will not recommend."

"I would not recommend this place at all. They delivered a day late, no phone call to say they weren't coming, we waiting in all day for the delivery and when we called their customer service team had no explanation as to what happened! Their delivery driver called me at 7.05pm... 5 hours after they were supposed to deliver but I couldn't take the call as I was putting my son to bed at the time. When our order did arrive it was left in the room and we were left with a mountain of large cardboard boxes to get rid of, which they did tell me I could bring to their store, hardly convenient to fill my small car with cardboard and drive 35kms to their store to return it but I suppose there's not much else I can do! We have shopped in other furniture shops close to this one who delivered on time, took away packaging and were much more helpful so I certainly won't be buying anything from EZ Living in the future. They are more than happy to take your money in the store, after that they don't care less, very disappointing service."

"Have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The store is always well presented and they have a lovely range. The delivery guys where also great, very quick and made their job look easy ( wished we had them when we had the move the sofas out again when moving house, it's was not as easy as they made it look lol). I love their Christmas decorations as well."
