"We have been using Caffreys for framing for a number of years and the quality has always been good, if a little slow. However, on our last occasion to have items framed, we finally had enough. Two large items being framed so not cheap but happy to spend the money, especially locally. 1st item - be 2 weeks..oh great. Went in...oh..not framed...be another 2 weeks...No problem, we understand you're busy - why not just ring us when it's done and we'll collect, another 2 or even 3 weeks is not a problem. 4 weeks, no call - went in...oh...not framed...It's on the list for this week...Finally got it. Then the 2nd item, framed with the wrong frame - no phone call to explain there would be a delay, we only found out when we went to pick it up. So wrong frame, they can re-frame...no problem, be another week or so. Back in, "oh no frame - Brexit is the problem" Ok, it'll be another 2 weeks. Back in, still no frame - still blaming Brexit. So what's the solution..."Oh maybe I should call the supplier" Yes I think that might be a good idea. Another 2 weeks...Finally picked it up and it's still not the right frame but close enough and we couldn't be bothered to wait/argue any longer. Very little in the way of apology and genuine explanation. I'll buy Brexit once but not twice. And if you're really busy, just say that...be honest, you're likely to keep more customers than you'll lose. In our case, we'll go elsewhere but not here."
"Simply LOVE this shop for ALL the beautiful creative things, you find in here. Full of unique one off creations, one is never bored by the variety of objet d'art. In truth it is a modern gallery, teaming with wonderful creative art works. Do check it out, if you have a moment to spare. This unique space was a bar many moons ago, so to see this transformation, is joyful."
