"Blonde youngish female worker was so rude for no reason. Rolled her eyes, huffed, and sort of argued with our VERY normal request to just get popcorn from the fresh batch RIGHT behind her rather than the absolute few popcorn left in the container infront of her. Continued to be in an VERY obvious huff for the rest of the transaction, literally threw the glasses down on the table, served our order and turned her back on us. I get it's a minimum wage job and that the highest level of customer service isn't expected (we've all been there and understand being in these jobs ) and that we all have stuff going on in our lives...but still come on.."
"We would visit Ballina fairly regularly and always go to the cinema however we were shocked at the lack of upkeep on this visit. The urinals were filthy and the toilet bowls in the stalls were actually black ,the cinema room we were in had not been cleaned prior to us going in and some seats had rips ."
"Wonderful cinema in Ballina. Spotlessly clean & ideal temperature while watching movie, seats very comfortable in a red velvet fabric. The staffs are so friendly with great service. Popcorn, drinks & snacks available at reception. Lift to all floors & wheelchair accessible also. No problem parking nearby. I so enjoy my trips to this cinema and it certainly is a great asset to the town."
"I have visited this venue multiple times and have always found it to be clean and well-maintained. The selection of snacks on offer is reasonable and there are even student discounts available. While the venue can get busy at times, I recommend giving yourself plenty of time before the show begins. There are also several deals available online, including the Movie Meal Deal on Wednesdays, which includes a ticket, medium popcorn, and medium drink for β¬10.50. In addition to these conveniences, the staff at this venue are friendly and helpful. It's worth noting that there is limited parking available."
"First time going to Ballina cinema and it will certainly be the last, screen 4 was absolutely disgusting, no-one had cleaned up popcorn and rubbish littered the floor, the bin provided at door was overflowing and the room smelt unclean and musky, I have never seen any cinema like it before, large groups of teenagers constantly talking loud all throughout the film, from hearing them talking they were they were all 14 year old so obviously no one had asked for I'd into a over 16 film. Overall not good vibes."
