"This place is just exceptional in every way possible. We couldn’t have felt more looked after throughout our stay. The staff can’t do enough. My friend put in a special request for my birthday. They made me feel so special with a note in the room and a drink at the bar. The grounds are incredible for a walk, the place is so well kept. "Just back from a lovely stay. The staff, room, decor and breakfast were fabulous. Lovely facilities. We got the mid week set menu and it's probably the only thing that let it down. The steak wasn't great and the choices of menu were limited. I'd definitely come back and would recommend to others. Thanks for a lovely stay"
"I was at a conference here and grabbed a coffee after, we were met by a rude staff member in Bonnie's restaurant he lacked common sense and manners. Loved the decor. Unfortunately the buffet food for the conference wasn't great, but the staff member serving the teas/coffees in the event was lovely and bubbly. Lots of parking, intrigued by the outdoor pool area looks nice. 3 stars from me for bar staff rudeness from one employee."
