"This was a great house for a family gathering in June. I loved the dining area where we could all sit around at the same time. Bikes were available to use and the gym in the garage was used by a few of the more energetic amongst us. Brendan way very helpful answering questions I had prior to arriving"

"We did our staycation this August at the beautiful Benbaun House in Clifden, Connemara. From the very beginning, Brendan couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - with advice on the phone and settling us in on the first day. The set up in Benbaun is brilliant - 12 nicely decorated ensuite bedrooms, great communal areas, good kitchen and utility room. Real attention to detail and everything you could possibly need provided (cots, buggies, car seats, bikes, helmets...) and all top quality. No worries about children and the rain, with a dedicated, toy-filled playroom and a vast dining room and hall to run around in. Outside there's a gorgeous enclosed courtyard where you can sit comfortably, still keeping an eye on the children's swings and slides. All this with a couple of minutes walk of wonderful Clifden. Couldn't be better – thanks again!!"

"Excellent location, within walking distance to Clifden town. Playground for the kids was a hit. Lovely large back patio area and bbq. Huge dining room and very well equipped kitchen. The separate Gym was also excellent with separate shower facility there. Downstairs bathroom was nice and a good size. Good quality Bikes also available to use. Bedrooms need to be updated with new carpet, linens pillows duvets, towels and the Ensuites are so tiny with very bad lighting. Some of the showers were very difficult to operate as they were extremely stiff and so children and elderly found it hard to shower without assistance. The sitting room is quite small for such a large house but the fire was a hit with my group."
