"Best place to stay in Galway"
"Nile Lodge is a fantastic place to stay while in Galway. The house is located in the Salthill area of Galway. It's about half way between the center of Salthill and the center of Galway City, each about a 10 min walk from the house or a short taxi drive, so there's plenty to see and do in either direction. The house itself is a gorgeous 19th century villa which is well maintained inside and out, and it's got all the modern conveniences you would expect. We got great use out of the AGA stove in the kitchen! There's open fireplaces in most rooms which were all set when we arrived, and there was a seemingly endless supply of firewood outside. The house is set on an acre of private land and it's got plenty of outdoor seating, lighting, ball games, and there's two barbeques. We really enjoyed our stay at Nile Lodge and we would definitely stay here again."
