"Order a meal consisting of 2 hash browns 2 Sausages 2 bacon and 2 eggs, the guy picked them up with his hands and not using Tongs (did have gloves on) then went to the till to ring us up (not removing gloves) pushed the trash down in the bin then went back to his job serving other customers (same gloves) rang them up, at this point I was disgusted at what I just witnessed and went and found a manager (Angie) and told her what happened and she said she would tell the main manager on Monday what happened. She Was very apologetic and refunded our meal and invited us to come back for another Free meal Angie Was very professional and very apologetic she handled it very well. She had a chat with this guy and he changed his gloves and washed his hands and put on new gloves and returned to his job."
"Hmmm, not a complainer but..... slow service, staff uninterested and ignorant. Hot food counter serving re-heated food that's been on display all day, had a stir fry beef that was inedible, couldn't even chew it. Fries were barely warm and soggy. Wife finally served her salad, horrendous. Even the coffee from machine was barley warm. We returned it on the trays. Only good part of the visit was when management refunded our money. Settled for a McDonald's around the corner, that was nice."
