Reviews
"A very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and good food, the perfect place to browse and eat."
"Food could have been hotter, meat very dry, had the turkey carvery dinner, Yorkshire pudding awful, were overcooked and soft, vegetables not nice either."
"The bacon, cabbage and mash that I had for β¬14.95 was completely covered with an excessive amount of white sauce. This effectively hid the small amount of food that lay underneath and made it sickly and somewhat inedible. I haven't eaten here since pre covid but this place used to be known for large portions of good quality food. From my latest experience this sadly seems to have changed."
"Visited the restaurant while we were on our way towards the national museum. It is just a stone throw away from the museum. Inside the gardening shop the restaurant is full and was absolutely amazing at taste and that explained why it was busy. Worth the visit for sure. Looking forward to visiting again."
"We were a bus tour of 38 from Galway. Mary (the manager), Carmel and all the staff looked after us all so well. They had sufficient seating cordoned off for us beforehand, orders were taken at our tables which was great, Quality and portion size of food was excellent as well as the range of meal choice which catered for all tastes. Customer service levels operate at a high level here and that comes from the top down. Well done to all, it added greatly to our overall day trip experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for both quality of food and high customer service."
