"A Botanical Paradice awaits all who visit Caherhurley Nursery. This magical place is situated on the majestic slopes of Clares highest mountain, Moylussa not far from Scarriff/Tuamgraney. There is an amazing selection of flowering plants, herbs and shrubs not found anywhere else, and carefully sourced from everywhere. They are hardy, strong and resilient and have been grown by the Caherhurley Team outdoors from seed and cutting to survive the rigours of the West of Ireland Climate.. We live at nearly 200m have been planting our garden with flowers and herbs from Caherhurley and now our wilderness refuge is a haven for butterflies and buzzes with variety of bees not seen up here before.."
"Amazing little place tucked away in the mountains. Great quality plants, and the atmosphere is just so welcoming and friendly with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everything is very well labelled with photos to show you what plants look like when they are flowering, and what months they flower. Could not recommend highly enough! I only wish they had a little tea/coffee shop so I could stay longer and soak it all in."
