"Love this shop, great selection"
"I'm Chairperson of Abbeyleix Active Ret and today 1st February, we celebrated St. Brigid's Day in the Manor Hotel. We were served a 4 Course Lunch in a lovely warm room by John, Mags and another young lady. Cooked by excellent Chefs. We had a fabulous afternoon enjoyed by all 47 members. We ended with a great sing song and a giant raffle. Well done Manor Hotel. We all went home well fed and happy. Regards. Yvonne Porter."
"Zero stars for the borrisokane, tipperary, store under clelands.. bought a 45 euro bottle of whiskey after paying for it, slipped on their floor and the bottle broke. Man server who just checked me out refused to give me a replacement or refund even though it was their floor that was wet and I slipped. I was completely dismissed, told they didn't give any refunds or everyone would be looking for them and when I asked for an accident form they told me they also did not have those. Awful management, will not be returning. Disgraceful treatment of a customer. (Wrote on behalf of my sibling)"

"Twice in the space of 2 weeks despite having called to advise the first time i was over charged. The same product today as 2 weeks ago marked clearly at 4.50 clocks in at 5.50. Lovely helpful girls saved the day today when i brought the issue to their attention. Thanks. Lovely clean store with a wide variety of goods. Delighted to say Clelands came back to me with a reasonable explanation ,while i am happy to understand i am not happy to have blame put on staff on the ground. As a customer i expect to have an item scanned as normal . Management need to sort what ever issue that allows 2 different products to have the same bar codes. Its the staff and atmosphere that gets me in there every time i pass through. Thanks for the reply."
