"Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I rang in a panic the day before Mothers day. Of course they were far too busy to answer the phone as I'm sure its one of their busiest times of year. I left a voicemail explaining my problem and a plea for help. The lady only had a chance to listen to it late that night, when my phone rang at 11pm I knew it had to be her. She was so nice, said of course she could help. I txd her all the details as soon as I got home and my beautiful flowers were delivered at 9.30 Sunday morning ( mothers day) as requested.
