"I needed a plumber urgently and Drain Force responded immediately. A time and day was arranged and Drain Force called the day before to confirm. The guys turned up on time. They did a fantastic job. Their work was exemplary, they were also very tidy, I didn't know they had been here. All the work was carried out to a very high standard. The young apprentice was so polite and I am sure he will have a successful career due to the knowledge and professionalism of his mentor. I will always be using Drain Force for all my plumbing. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend."
"Great bunch of lads. Phoned them to do a CCTV job on checking the sewer pipes. Lads showed the footage to us and discussed what was the problem and what needed to be done next. They gave us a price and started the job the following Monday. Took 3 days to dig 29 meters of dirt and concrete. Remove the damaged pipes (due to tree roots) new manholes and everything. Re concreted the drive and resowed the lawn. They didn't take payment until the job was completed which is great. Thanks lads. Will be going back to you with more work in future."
"Not very professional! I was visiting my 92 year-old mother recently and on a Saturday evening realized that she had a severely blocked sewerage pipe. I was due to return to the US the next day (Sunday) so you can imagine my panic in terms of trying to get something organized before I left! I phoned Drain Force Saturday evening and they promised to call me back, within the hour. I was impressed! Alas they didn’t call me back as promised. When I tried calling again that night and again, first thing Saturday morning, I got a voicemail message that the mailbox was full! Not very professional for an outfit claiming to offer a 24 x 7 service. They eventually phoned me back on Monday. In the meantime, I was fortunate to have contacted a much more professional and responsive company and everything was sorted Sunday morning. I certainly will not be recommending Drain Force to anyone."
