"Over a month ago I rang because of a problem with gaz boiler was told first it would be the following week. No one contacted me. When I rang back they told me I was penciled in for Friday that was 2 weeks ago an they only contacted me this morning an said I would need 2 separate technicians to call an fix an service boiler. Follow up to your reply. No you did not try contacting me. Because when I rang you on a Wednesday the receptionist said I was booked in for Friday morning an u never contacted me to say what time Friday but then again you never turned up. It was only 2 weeks later ye rang asking if I still needed your services."
"Got in contact with RD Plumbing through Local Heroes after the original gas boiler died. After a call-out had a brand new system (Bosch Worchester) installed within a week. It's a combi-boiler with a smart thermostat. RD did all the installation while I was away at work. Really excellent service and be able to have it sorted in a such a short time is just a bonus. Highly recommended."
