"Morning!María, here. I am not recommended this vet, they aren't professional, especially for do EU Pet Passports. In my situation, I requested it in September (when I arrived Kiltimagh) for travelling in February, and they said not problem all the documentation is good, we are sure that you can travel, but what is my surprise? That I went to the Airport, last February and the staff told me that my vet is an incompetent and I can't fly because in this case Michael didn't complete all information that I need it in relation to a vaccine. Furthermore, I asked Michael when I have to bring my cat to fulfil with the correct days for the last vaccine before travel, he told me 1 week before and in really I must bring the cat 21 before that travel. Also, when I call Michael andex plain the problem he answers me in a rude way and the end of the conversation when I am the victim, not him. Finally, When I return Kiltimagh to fix the papers I comment him that I didn't trust in him and I went to reviews, and they said now all good, but I am clever and decide to give secondary opinion to other vet, and he said that the papers were terrible, and they did a list for Michael correct it, but he didn't do due to when I return again to the secondary vet the papers were bad again, and I decide to pay another passport for make sure that all information will be good, and I didn't return to Michael more. Apart in September I ask him what is the mandatory vaccines for travelling, and he said 3 and in really the animal only need one, it means, he only wants to do money he doesn't care anything. I would like to share my case because it's so serious I don't like that nobody suffer the same situation and if I continued to live in Ireland I will report him for he takes the money, time and damages that this situation supposed for me.
