"Excellent service and care given in this practice. My dog loves going here. The staff are always very kind to her."
"We had our old St Bernard pts and I can honestly say the kindness and compassion was fantastic, a difficult and heartbreaking decision in the first place, we were reassured it was the best for our dog. Thankyou ❤️"
"Thank you Monica and all your wonderful kind and caring staff for making skinnys stay so comfortable she also says thank you home now sleeping comfortably."
"My cat had to be euthanized a couple of weeks ago which I couldn’t be present for due to covid (understandable). However, i was told treatment was available and I inquired about the cost, so he said he would call back and then simply refused to give me a price. After several conversations with staff I asked could I take my cat home for one last night and I could drop him back the following day - which I was told would be fine. Now i don’t know how this could have been misinterpreted, i expected to get him back alive but he was handed back to me DEAD in a plastic bag (like a massive bin bag). It was probably the most traumatic thing I’ve ever experienced and I was heart broken. My cat, Puma, meant the absolute world to me and I felt like he was treated like a piece of rubbish. As if this wasn’t bad enough, they rang someone else to say pumas ashes were ready (who had dropped puma at this vets on one single occasion - I don’t even know why their number is registered to be honest). Therefore, I heard second hand about his ashes being ready and I never got a call after about it. I have another cat also and I will not be bringing her here. The only remotely pleasurable experience I had was when I collected pumas ashes and left."
