"Darren was not helpful. I requested the window to be lowered he did not do it. The kennel came damaged and when I rang. He more or less said I was a difficult person. I didn't follow up the damage. The kennel was so poorly put together my husband has had to try and fix it. It just fell apart. It currently is still not ready for my dog to use. Could not tell my husband it was €400. It wasn't worth the money. I feel so disappointed every time I see it."

"I purchased a large kennel from Darren a couple of months ago, he was great to deal with and even assembled the kennel in my yard as I have no side entrance which was a huge benefit. The kennel is perfect for my two dogs to share, an American bulldog and a pug, I was worried it might be too small but there is loads of room, my bulldog can even sit up straight without having to crouch like she did in her previous kennel. Its also really sturdy and made of really good quality wood, the roof lifts open for easy cleaning too."
