"Great effort on charity. I am from Cape Town, South Africa and a young lady came into the store with 4 bags full of toys and stuffed animals. The lady working in the store refused to take the items. I mean surely being a charity shop, they should take it and arrange to send to an orphanage. My first Ireland "charity" experience was on Friday."

"Limerick Animal Sanctuary Can't praise the staff Enough. My family visited here today for the annual Dog show and Family Fun Day. We arrived nice and early and had a lovely walk around looking at the animals, while we waited for the dog show to start. Then the worst happened, in that my 12 yr old Son collapsed and was out cold, which felt like an eternity! He came around after a few minutes, but we have to praise the exceptional staff, who attended to his every need in matter of seconds and couldn't have been more accommodating to us. They really took him under their care, and made sure he was ok before we left. I have to compliment all the other visitors that were there also, who very really helpful to us. Unfortunately I don't have any names to thank in person. Thankfully he is doing fine. Thanks again and we will definitely we visiting again. The Collopy Family."
